Student Success at GLOW
We are the Girls Leadership Academy of Wilmington, an all-girls public charter school. We opened our doors in 2016 with our first 6th grade class of 100 students. Currently we have 6th through 12th grade students on our campus. We are proud to report that we have had two graduating classes, with every child from our 2024 class being accepted into a college or university!
At our school we work hard to create a unique all-girls public school environment that focuses on whole girl education, rigorous college preparatory coursework and the social and emotional skills necessary for success for a lifetime! Our school culture challenges students to live a balanced life, developing confidence, compassion, critical thinking and personal responsibility. We take our school's vision very seriously everyday - She WILL... Graduate, Go to College, Succeed in Life!
